Biography
Vjaughn Ingraham was born and raised in The Bahamas (October, 2001). As a life-long learner, his core purpose and mission are finding solutions to improve and enhance our brain; spreading awareness, encouraging healthy purposeful lifestyles, and doing scientific research. He enjoys new experiences, diversity, traveling myriad cities and countries (Caribbean, Thailand, Japan, Los Angeles, New York City, Colombia, Las Vegas, Miami, Washington DC, Virginia, Nashville, Maryland, Kentucky, Chicago, Atlanta, Arizona, North Carolina, and more), and impacting diverse populations (from entertainment and media to business and entrepreneurship to science and health). He grew up enjoying taking pictures or being in front of the camera, learning about science and history, exploring nature, playing games and building things, creating artwork, and competing in multiple sports disciplines. He is not only devoted to learning and curiosity, but also is educated at a high level. Earning up to a masters degree currently in biology, a bachelors degree in business management with magna cum laude distinction, and many certifications/courses done in science, health and business. His goal is to encourage people to be more mindful, purposeful, and healthier; through research, embodiment, mentoring, and education via media content, global events, consultations, speaking, teaching, published books, and business endeavors. Through social media and press; he has millions in total impressions and reach, with a good following and community.
Vjaughn has been awarded 2023 Model of the Year, 40 under 40 Nominated, 2024 Men To Watch Honoree, 2x International Finalist as Mister Bahamas, and 2019 NCAA Cross Country Champion. He has been seen in large productions such as; Mister International, NYFW, LAFW. LA Swim Week, BET, MMI, Mister Grand, PPA, Latto Music Video, and other large engagements. While recently being featured for social media content, modeling/acting work, and brand deals.
